1. Introduction
Welcome to DrMiow (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.drmiow.com.my (together or individually “Service”) operated by DrMiow.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

No refund, exchange and cancel policy once purchased.

6. Delivery and Acceptance
DrMiow aim to process and deliver all orders within 48 hours of receiving. But due to third party shipping company, orders may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
DrMiow does not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk of the goods. Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate delivery details upon checking out. DrMiow cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or are delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information that you provided to us when placing your order.
We do ship internationally.

7. Content
Content found on or through this Service are the property of DrMiow or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
